On the first day of the Madinah History & Culture Tour
We begin our journey by arriving in Madinah and checking in at the hotel, then head directly to visit the Prophet’s Mosque, where we enjoy its spiritual atmosphere and reflect on the greatness and sanctity of this blessed place.
We then head to Quba Mosque, the first mosque built in Islam, where we experience its unique spiritual atmosphere and learn about its great historical significance. After the visit, we continue our tour to the Quba Promenade, a modern walkway surrounding the mosque that features shops and outdoor seating areas, allowing visitors to enjoy a beautiful blend of history and contemporary life.
We then continue our journey to Al-Mirbad Tourist Farm, where visitors enjoy a charming rural experience surrounded by palm trees and green landscapes, with the opportunity to learn about traditional agricultural life in Madinah and enjoy the serene natural atmosphere.
We then proceed to the Bird Sanctuary, where visitors can observe a variety of birds in a natural environment that adds an enjoyable and entertaining touch to the program.
After a day filled with peaceful experiences and natural scenery, we head for dinner, then return to the hotel to rest and prepare for the next day, which brings even more historical and cultural experiences.
After having breakfast at the hotel, we head out on a historical and spiritual journey to the Badr area, located about 90 kilometers from Madinah. This significant Islamic site witnessed remarkable events in early Islamic history.
We begin our tour by visiting the locations of the Battle of Badr, exploring the areas where the events took place while our guide explains the movements of the two armies, the wells, and the spots where the companions stood — may Allah be pleased with them.
We then visit the Cemetery of the Martyrs of Badr, which holds the names of noble companions who left a profound impact on Islamic history. Through this visit, we reflect on the spiritual essence of the place and its deep religious and historical significance.
We continue our tour through the high sand dunes surrounding Badr, where we observe the stunning desert formations that give the area a majestic and tranquil character.
We then depart from Badr and head toward Al-Rayyis Beach, located only about 40 kilometers away, where we enjoy a boat trip in the clear waters of the Red Sea and take in the stunning natural scenery. After the boat tour, we spend some relaxing time on the beach before concluding our visit by watching the sunset—one of the most beautiful views along the western coast.
