On the Experience Taif tour, our journey will begin on the first day with a warm welcome from our tour guide, followed by direct transfer to the hotel for check-in.
Our first stop will be a visit to the Rose Factory, where we’ll discover why Taif is known as the “City of Roses.” We’ll learn about the process of producing rose water and luxurious essential oils extracted from millions of roses grown in the city each year.
Next, we’ll head to Beit Al-Katib, a historic landmark dating back to 1898. We’ll explore its importance as a former residence of King Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and how it has now become a center dedicated to the history of Taif.
Our next destination will be Shubra Palace, one of the city’s most iconic historical palaces. We’ll enjoy learning about its rich history and its connection to the Saudi royal family, and we’ll explore the regional museum that the palace now houses.
We’ll conclude our day with a visit to the Bird Park, followed by a delightful dinner before returning to the hotel for rest.
On the second day of the Experience Taif tour, we’ll start with a delicious breakfast at the hotel and proceed with check-out.
Our first destination will be the Al-Sharif Museum, where we’ll dive deep into history, viewing artifacts from different cultures and exploring various sections of the museum housed within a large traditional building covering 6,000 square meters.
Next, we’ll head to the Al-Shafa region, the “tourism pearl” located atop the Taif mountains. There, we’ll enjoy the breathtaking mountain views, lush green valleys, and farms that produce the finest fruits and vegetables. Then, we’ll proceed to Jabal Daka Viewpoint to admire the stunning natural scenery from the highest peak in the area.
After lunch, we’ll wrap up our day with a visit to Historic Taif, one of the oldest markets in Hijaz. We’ll wander through its historic buildings and diverse shops selling everything from handmade crafts to honey and perfumes.
Finally, we’ll bid farewell and end our tour.
